A MAN HX60 given a second life as an expedition truck, converted from right to left-hand steering. Previously in the service of the British Army. The client wanted a casco living unit with a length of 5,100 mm by 2,500 mm wide. The headroom is always in consultation with the client and can vary, which is also possible with Twiga.
The living unit features multiple windows, large shutters and a skylight. The living unit is sprayed in a RAL colour of the client’s choice. A driving ramp rack and functional staircase on the side. Twiga now has a wide collection of staircases of its own design.
This large living unit is made with an aluminium cage construction. This keeps the weight low. A steel subframe is used to ensure that no torsion occurs on the living unit.
