For this project we used our extremely light honeycomb panels (30 mm), which were specially developed by Twiga. Seitz windows (700 x 500mm) with a door at the rear with a width of 700 mm and a height of 1200 mm. From the living unit a passage to the driver’s cabin.

A beautiful ARB winch bumper makes the tough vehicle even a bit tougher. On the inside: 2KW air heater with ring heating, Dometic two-burner gas stove. Solar panels power 2 Yellowtop batteries of 12 volts / 75 Ah. Complete electrical installation of Victron with a possibility for the correct input voltage in America. Superstructure + interior + installation, about 450kg.

Building method

This living unit stays under 3500 kilograms due to the aluminum cage and the lightweight panels. In addition, an aluminum subframe has been chosen, so that this living unit can also be used with only a B driving license.
